I am an experienced architectural designer based in Guildford, Surrey. I am passionate about working with clients to create a bespoke, high-quality design. After design and approvals, I can also offer whichever level of support you desire, to make those dreams a reality.

With the benefit of the personal touch, I will work with both you and your property to maximise the design potential of your home. You may need approval from building control or planning permission; I will simplify this process and guide you.

I also provide a pricing guide for design and approvals, as I think people deserve to know how much things will likely cost them.

Good builders and contractors are such an invaluable asset when your home, time, money, and well-being are all on the line. 'Design and build' is becoming an evermore popular route. I am also the designer for a design and build partnership that will provide you with the peace of mind that your build is in good hands.

I can also source other trusted builders and contractors from my network if necessary, and can project manage the delivery of the build to any level, be it until the decorating is needed, or a complete fully furnished 'turn-key' approach.

All options are explained in more detail on the process and pricing page. So, whether it's an extension, a remodel, a loft conversion, a new build, or anything else... let's get started.

"Graham designed an amazing two-storey rear extension for us that blew us away. We decided to use the 'design and build' route, which meant we had a great and reliable local builder and a specialist glass contractor, all with Graham then overseeing project management. He even helped us with things like the kitchen and lighting design... we don't know what we would have done without him!"
